Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.



Are your products vegan?

Yes! Our products do not contain any animal byproducts. 

Do your products contain any common allergens like dairy, soy, gluten, nuts, or eggs?

While we don’t actively test for the presence of those ingredients, our products are manufactured without dairy, soy, gluten, eggs, and nuts (other than coconut — see below). 

Our products contain coconut oil and coconut-derived MCT oil. Coconut is not a botanical nut; it is classified as a fruit. However, the FDA recognizes coconut as a tree nut. Most people who are allergic to tree nuts can safely use coconut-derived products. If you have concerns, you should consult with a healthcare provider before using our products. 

Our products also contain natural botanical ingredients. While these are generally well-tolerated, it is always recommended to do a skin patch test whenever using a new product to ensure you don’t exhibit any sensitivities.

Do your products contain any sulfates or parabens?

No, we keep it as clean as possible. Our products are free of sulfates, parabens, mineral oil, preservatives, and synthetic fragrances and dyes.

Are your products FDA approved?

Our products are classified as cosmetics for topical application. The FDA does not approve cosmetics. Accordingly, our products have not been pre-approved by the FDA and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

What is the shelf life of your products?

For optimal freshness we recommend using your products within 6-12 months from the date of purchase. 

Are your products sustainably sourced?

We source organic, sustainably grown ingredients whenever possible from businesses that employ fair labor practices.

Where is your hemp extract sourced?

Our hemp extract is sourced from an industry-leading farm in the Carolinas. It is one of two farms in the USA that is both USDA certified organic and received a Grade “A” by the Center for Food Safety (though all of our CBD products are designed for topical use only).

Do your products contain THC?

We use full spectrum hemp extract that contains federally legal levels of THC at less than .3%. A Certificate of Analysis for our hemp extract is publicly available via batch number here.

Where are your products made?

Our products are handcrafted with care in Texas.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes! Our spa products are packaged in food-grade containers that are all recyclable, excluding eye droppers and lotion pumps. Even better, please reuse these containers! (The labels are easy to remove.) Our shipping boxes and shipping fill are also 100% recyclable.

How should I store your products?

Our products containing hemp extract with CBD, essential oils, and cold-pressed oils are packaged in amber glass containers. Glass is highly inert (unlike plastic) and doesn’t react with naturally occurring botanical compounds. Furthermore, the amber protects these light-sensitive ingredients from UV exposure. Please store products in their original containers. In addition, please store containers in a cool, dry, dark place.

Do you offer samples? 

We currently don’t offer samples on their own. 



What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Sales tax is dependent upon where you live and the items you purchase. All tax estimates will be messaged at checkout.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Because our products are handcrafted to order, we don't offer cancellations or returns. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.



Can I choose what type of emails I want to receive?

We do our best to keep our emails minimals and intentional. However may unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” or by contacting us at hello@godtliv.co.

Do you have a Referral Program?

Not yet, but we hope to launch one very soon. Please subscribe to our emails to stay up to date.

Can I combine Promotion Codes?

Our system only accepts one promo code at a time.

What if my Promotion Code is expired?

We can’t honor expired promotion codes, but for first access to any upcoming promotions, subscribe to our emails.
