Refund policy
Returns
Due to the natural ingredients in our products, returns are not allowed. However, sometimes things break in shipping, and other unforeseen things happen. If the item arrives broken/leaking/damaged, please send us a note with details of the issues within 7 days of receiving the defective item for a complete exchange or full refund. No refunds or exchanges on defective items will be granted after the 7 day window.
All products in the Godtliv collection are artisanally made in small batches. There may be slight variations in color or consistency due the pure ingredients we use. This is all totally normal and, in our opinion, part of the fun. Enjoy the unique characteristics of these high quality products made without synthetics.
Cancellations
Once an order has processed, it can’t be cancelled or changed.
Refunds
If you receive a defective item and opt for a full refund, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@godtliv.co.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at hello@godtliv.co. A replacement will be shipped to the original address provided within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 2-6 days for transit time.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a replacement for the value of your return.
