When do orders ship?

We ship via USPS typically within 3 business days. If the store is in holiday or vacation mode, it will be publicly posted on the home page of our website, and orders will ship the first Wednesday upon our return. Express orders will be processed within 24 hours.

How will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as we assign a shipping label to your order, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

Why hasn't my tracking number updated?

Carriers and tracking information sometimes require a little extra patience. Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update. If it’s been over 48 hours without an update, we’ll investigate. Just send us an email at hello@godtliv.co.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for orders $75.00 and over.  Orders less than $75.00 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $10.00.  

When can I expect my order?

Orders are shipped via USPS and typically take two (2) to six (6) business days from the shipping date to be delivered.

When is the latest I can place an order?

Because our products are handcrafted to order, orders must be placed by Monday at 11:59 PM (Central Time Zone) to be shipped on the Wednesday of the same week.

Do you ship to all US states?

Due to US federal regulations, we ship CBD products to all US states except Idaho, Wyoming and South Dakota. We do not ship to these states.

Do you ship internationally?

Because of regulations on CBD products, we unfortunately are not able to accommodate international sales or shipping at this time.
